Our final regional of 2018 sees us head to Piedmont in the Northwest of Italy. Piemontese cuisine is typified by rich, hearty flavours with plenty of local specialties, including Gorgonzola, game and of course, truffles. Home to the Nebiolo grape there'll be plenty of Barbaresco & Barolo on offer during the night too...
